We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team and support B2B and/or B2G implementation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with more than 1-year of experience who are eager to build a career in business analysis, client engagement, and SaaS implementation.
You will gain hands-on exposure working on real projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop both technical and consulting skills in a fast-paced environment. This position is offered on a contract basis, with the opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Be Doing
Shaping Business Requirements into Actionable Insights:
- Participate in stakeholder discovery sessions and requirements workshops
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation and user stories
- Analyze data requirements and align them with platform capabilities
- Develop process flows and diagrams to support alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities.
- Maintain proper document requirement, meeting notes and action items
- Track requirements changes and maintain traceability
- Develop test scenarios based on requirements
- Support client in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback
- Log and track defects, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and closure of issues.
Who Thrives in This Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- More than 1-year of business analysis or related experience
- Experience with software projects or SaaS products preferred
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, Google Docs, Lucidchart, Miro, etc)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
