We are currently expanding our Business Analyst team & looking to hire (5 positions) from fresh to 2 years of experience in the banking industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct solution research, R&D, and conceptualization based on industry best practices.
- Work closely with project managers to define resource plans and align with project timelines.
- Plan, gather, analyze, and manage business and system requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Monitor project status, manage documentation, and support user testing activities.
- Collaborate with business development teams to define solution scopes.
- Ensure deliverables are met within scope, time and budget as well as adhering to quality standards.
- Support team growth through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Economics or related field from a reputable institution (minimum 2nd Class Upper preferred).
- 0-2 years experience analyzing business requirements and creating functional specifications.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably in an enterprise software/BFSI.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
