We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Data Project Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with a focus on leveraging data to drive business decisions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across departments to deliver data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and finance to implement data-driven solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and resolve issues during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably in data-driven projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) to manage tasks and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
