Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Evaluating Business Intelligence processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing reporting solutions.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate reports.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients and managerial staff.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on Business Intelligence needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and report users.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely project deliveries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence analysis or a related field.
- Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and RDBMS.
- Competency in data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau /etc).
- Exposure on Data Analysis Expression (DAX).
- Experience creating detailed reports.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
