Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role located in Petaling Jaya. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and developing effective solutions. The role involves communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and supporting the organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in evaluating and improving Business Processes
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with teams and work in a dynamic on-site environment
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant professional certifications in Business Analysis are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
