We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including business requirements documents and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Assist in the development of testing strategies and scenarios to ensure quality deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
