Business Analyst (Functional Lead) & UX Design Specialist

We have two separate openings under this posting: Functional Business Analyst Lead and UX Design Specialist. Your profile will be evaluated and routed to the relevant hiring track based on your experience.

Role 1: Business Analyst / Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Lead business requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder workshops.

· Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow designs.

· Experience in BRD, FRD, BPMN, UAT coordination, requirements traceability, and Agile delivery.

· Knowledge of workflow applications, approval processes, regulatory reporting, and enterprise system integration.

· Ability to translate relevant BMISS / BNM RMiT security and compliance requirements into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

· Experience with securities exchanges, capital markets, banking, or regulatory applications is highly preferred.

Role 2: UX Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Lead UX/UI design for enterprise web applications and complex business workflow platforms.

· Conduct user research, usability analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

· Proficiency in Figma, Design Systems, Responsive Web Design, and WCAG accessibility standards.

· Experience designing enterprise portals, administrative dashboards, role-based interfaces, and workflow applications.

· Understanding of secure user experiences, role-based access, session management, and sensitive information handling.

· Prior experience with financial services, government, or regulatory systems is preferred.
