Key Roles/Responsibilities
- Create reports with use of tables & charts, translate into sales & distribution performance dashboard.
- Perform evaluations, analyses, present reports that help company to remain competitive in evolving market. Relate findings to assist budgeting, forecasting & financial planning.
- Represent commercial team in sales forecasting process working closely with both Sales & Supply Chain.
- Preparation & monitoring sales target & achievement from national to regional, as well as Sales Representatives.
- Supporting in maintenance of trade spend reconciliation & ensure spending is efficient & effective.
- Assist in planning & scheduling projects.
Skills/Qualifications
- Min 5 years working experience in business analysis, FMCG or related environment.
- At least degree in areas of Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Economics, or other relevant fields.
- Advanced knowledge & experience with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point is essential.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills & writing skills.
- Knowledge in using AC Nielsen software & interpreting data is an added advantage.
- Strong business acumen & able to work independently.
