We are looking for an analytical and innovative Business Analyst to join our WIN (AI Sales Assistant) team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the sales experience for our field sales teams – powered by AI – that delivers more sales impact and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst, you will gather business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide system support within an international scrum team using agile methods. You'll focus primarily on MS Azure AI solutions, while also working with technologies like SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce, and AWS Microservices. Your work will contribute to systematic account development, enhancing productivity and customer engagement through WIN solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of bachelor's degree qualification in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with work-based learning experience in dealing with cloud software (ideally CRM domains), optimizing processes using AI, business process management and agile methods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a global matrix environment.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn emerging technologies, including AI‑driven tools that enhance CRM, analytics, and user productivity.
- Passion for digital sales and service processes, with interest in using AI‑enabled CRM capabilities (e.g., predictive recommendations, automated workflows) to drive better business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform data analysis and visualization, and familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics tools (e.g., automated insight generation, anomaly detection).
- Foundational business acumen, with an understanding of CRM principles and the role of AI in improving business processes and customer experience.
