2. Essential Skills:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevantBusiness Analystexperience.
• Should have good experience inChange Management Strategies and Plans
• Strong expertise as a BA and elicit, analyze, validate, document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Document detailed requirement specifications as work items, ensuring traceability and version control.
• Validate deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and support requirement clarification workshops
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum).
• End-to-end adoptionandchange managementcoveringboth pre and postdeploymentfor new users, including communication, training, and user enablement.
• In-person offshore trainingmust be delivered inEnglishandMalay language
• Ensure alignment with business readiness, change impacts, and operational continuity.
• Design and deliver user training programs, including:
• TraintheTrainersessions for expert users and tenant administrators
• Enduser trainingworkshops and learning sessions
• Candidate should travel to places likeKerteh Terengganu, Gurun Kedah, Sarawak on need basis
• Coordinate and deliveronsite/offshore trainingwhere required, ensuring appropriate certifications and language proficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and update training and enablement materials.
• Organizeandfacilitate workshopswith business units
• Develop and execute structured communication plans for Business process changes, UAT activities, release notes, etc
• Create and maintain documents such asUser guides, FAQs, Training decksand workshop materials
• Drive postgolive adoption and stabilization activities.
• Collectuser feedbackthrough implementation surveys.
• Prepare and present implementation and change impact reports tostakeholders highlighting outcomes, feedback, and improvement areas.
• Candidate should able communication fluently with business users in bothEnglishandMalay (must to have skill)language.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Should provide additional support to team for any critical testing activities
• BOSIET certificationfor training purposes

1. Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Experience in large transformation or digital programs
• Clientfacing or global delivery experience
