Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the Insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring successful delivery of insurance-related projects and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
• Support development and QA teams during the implementation phase.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met.
• Work on insurance products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards in the insurance sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Insurance domain (Life / General / Health Insurance).
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Knowledge of insurance lifecycle (Policy, Claims, Underwriting).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
