Business Analyst Intern (4 - 6 months)

We also develop, own and operate Shopping Centres that are anchored by IKEA and create walkable communities by including residential, office and other types of real estate in our development plans.

What you will do

• Support the Staff Planning Optimisation (SPO) project through data analysis and insights. (around 80% of your scope).
• Assist in preparing analysis and reports for Monthly P&L and Business Insights (around 20%).
• Help review staff cost and workforce planning data.
• Work with the team to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  
  

Who we are looking for

• A university student currently studying Business Management, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Engineering students with strong analytical skills are also welcome to apply.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
  
  

You will have a clear project scope and the opportunity to contribute directly to a real business project. This is a great opportunity for a driven and curious student who wants to learn how data and insights can influence real business outcomes.
