Description
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with relevant reporting standards.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
- Analyze group financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure proper reporting and compliance with group policies.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to maintain accurate group reporting.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor queries.
- Implement and enhance financial controls and reporting processes across the group.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Profile
A Successful Finance Manager (Consolidation) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of consolidation processes and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Regional exposure in APAC / Europe markets will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools for consolidation and reporting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
