• What will you do

Lead workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Evaluate and analyse business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Maintain accurate and complete documentations for all business requirements, user stories, and process flows.

• Provide user training.

Work closely with development and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project progress.

Act as a coordinator between business and technical teams to facilitate smooth project implementation.

• Effectively manage stakeholders to facilitate and drive Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Help design, document and maintain system processes.

Deliver project progress reports, proposals, related documentation, and presentations.

• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good time management and multi-tasking skills

• Good understanding in UI/UX and API.

Strong product management, analytical with strong critical thinking skills.
