Business Analyst

Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making within the organization.

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Conduct data analysis to extract valuable insights and trends, utilizing various tools and methodologies.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.

Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on implemented solutions.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• At least 2-3 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
