Business Analyst (IT)

According to business changes and needs, provide proper system functional solutions by assessing and analyzing requirements. Capture and document requirements as functional specifications/user stories, support communication and delivery with relevant parties, and conduct system briefings and user training when needed.

Produce BRD (Business Requirement Document) for small-scale projects, lead UI design, write test plans, and conduct testing to ensure system implementation/enhancement meets business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze user requirements and establish system objectives
• Design system functional solutions and provide delivery cost estimates
• Prepare system documentation (functional specifications, user stories, user manuals, etc.)
• Support communication between business and development teams
• Work with developers to support end-user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Work with Project Manager to control and follow up on requirement changes
• Coordinate with business parties to confirm delivery schedules and implementation
• Conduct system demonstrations when needed
• Conduct user training when needed
• Coordinate with relevant IT teams and third-party vendors/users to design, implement, and maintain systems

Skills & Experience

• Good command of English (oral and written)
• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 34 years BA experience in Agile projects
• Conceptual understanding of industry/business domain and relevant IT systems
• Ability to identify and define requirements across multiple scenarios and validate with stakeholders
• Ability to understand, explain, and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business users and technical teams
• Effective communication skills
