Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Trade Finance or Trade Operations to support the implementation of a Trade Finance System within a leading financial services organization. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance System implementation
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD)
• Prepare and execute UAT test scripts and support testing cycles
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and Compliance
• Ensure system aligns with business workflows and regulatory requirements
• Manage and prioritize system enhancements
• Investigate and resolve operational issues related to trade transactions
• Support post-implementation activities and system improvements
• Conduct training sessions for internal users

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field
• 36 years of experience in Business Analysis, Trade Finance, or Trade Operations
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products (e.g. Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections, Open Account, Financing)
• Experience in UAT and system implementation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
