Business Analyst – Banking Industry
Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Contract: 1 Year
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support projects within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation.
- Prepare documents such as BRD, FRD, user stories and process flows.
- Work closely with stakeholders, project teams and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly executed.
- Clarify requirements, identify gaps and support issue resolution throughout project implementation.
- Monitor and follow up on requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Good understanding of business processes and project execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
