Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and provide recommendations by advising on the scope of a project / change request.
- Understanding business process and requirements of multiple business domains.
- Requirement gathering & produce effective communication and/or business requirement documents such as process flow diagram, interface design & functional specification.
- Perform and/or coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and documentation.
- To maintain, register, update status as JMP workflow and to ensure the proper closure to the request once done production deployment.
- Manage and coordinate business requirements across various functional areas/units/dept with respective stakeholders. Understand their requirement and business process and translate the business requirement into technical document for IT system development.
- Prioritize, plan and manage change requests from business in alignment with IT development team.
