MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct meetings with diverse stakeholders to gather essential information.

Produce comprehensive and actionable documentation based on stakeholder input.

Translate business requirements from clients into clear and detailed functional specifications

Ensure all project fundamentals are thoroughly covered, including scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, issues, risks, and change management

Develop, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions

Analyze products in the market and suggest functional solutions in collaboration with UX/UI Designer.

Analyze and elevate existing business processes.

Anticipate future requirements and identify areas for operational improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions.

Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Candidates from other disciplines with substantial IT knowledge will also be considered.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology-related fields or business analysis roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Highly responsible, quick learner, and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
