Job Description

Job Description

  • Responsible for cost center planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting for overhead
  • Identifying and analyzing risk in business area and provide improvement solution
  • Responsible for project system budgeting and control
  • Verifying purchase requisition and control the spending of the company
  • Ensuring period end closing is completed timely
  • Managing and calculating development projects costs
  • Support monthly overhead controlling and review meeting
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reporting for the business
  • Preparing business plan and ensuring current forecast is updated timely
  • Preparing debit / credit notes to ME/XC and other business units and
  • Key user for overhead controlling and in charge of cost center maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in overhead cost planning, budgeting, and controlling.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Costing and Controlling modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
