Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Business Analyst Project Lead (Insurance Domain) will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, leading project teams, optimizing business processes, and ensuring alignment between business needs and project outcomes. Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication across stakeholders and providing actionable insights to achieve project objectives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis
- 10+yrs of experience as Business Analyst in Insurance domain
- Experience on AWS environment will be a strong add on
- Proficiency in defining and managing Business Processes and interpreting Business Requirements
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage project timelines
- Knowledge of AI workflows or experience in deploying technology-driven business solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Immediate joiners preffered
