Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Group Community Banking (GCB) team, managing end-to-end sales incentive programs and business performance analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, analytics, and sales, driving accurate incentive payouts and insightful management reporting that influence business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Analysis: Consolidate and analyze data from diverse sources to support monthly sales incentive cycles and ensure all calculations are accurate, timely, and error-free.
  • Incentive Calculation & Payouts: Calculate monthly and quarterly sales incentives, campaign rewards, and referral bonuses across all business tracks. Prepare detailed payment listings for HR Payroll submission within stipulated deadlines.
  • Financial Accuracy & Accounting Support: Ensure correct retention provisions are applied monthly, and manage accounting tasks such as amortization schedules and journal entries with precision and timeliness.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Generate individual incentive statements for sales teams, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Prepare management reports and analytics to track performance across sales channels and individuals, providing actionable insights for business leadership.
  • Strategic Reviews & Scheme Optimization: Participate in annual sales incentive reviews, conducting back-tests and sensitivity analyses to optimize program effectiveness. Engage with stakeholders to refine incentive schemes and drive business performance.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis & Support: Provide analytical support and insights for leadership as needed, contributing to strategic decision-making and process improvements.
