About the Role

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Digital Transformation Team within the Service Supply Chain. The role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping business teams achieve their vision while participating in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

As a Business Analyst, you will provide business analysis, solution design, system cutover, and post-go-live application services as a subject matter expert for Lenovo Service Supply On Cloud (SSOC) and S4 HANA platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on best practices and deliver business solutions based on requirements.
• Provide application expertise and knowledge to support Service Supply Chain digital transformation projects.
• Conduct ad-hoc training sessions to enable business teams to manage administration needs independently.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• 5+ years of working experience in the IT industry.
• 2+ years of foreign customer-facing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn quickly, and a can-do attitude.
