Business Analyst

ROLE

• Analyze business process and look for optimization, suggesting alternatives
• Gather, analyze and document the business need and requirements
• Contribute to the design of solutions in close collaboration with Product, SW & HW Teams
• Work closely with stakeholders to elaborate and agree on acceptable requirements/solution
• Manage communication with stakeholders and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives
• Support sales participating actively on the elaboration of offers and solution sizing
• Support development during solution implementation.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines
• Certificate in Business Analyst preferred
• More than 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally working in an Agile environment
• Proven experience in analysis and documentation of requirements and business process(i.e.Modelling/design techniques and methods, such as UML/NPMN)
• Knowledge in enterprise computing (Prog. Language, networking, data centers, infra, cloud, etc)
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach and with a strong business and technical vision
• Capability to synthetize and vulgarize complex problem
• Strong Communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in English is mandatory
