You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and present business analysis reports, including cost-benefit analysis, process flow diagrams, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate and prioritize requirements.- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the roll-out of new systems and processes.
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, user manuals, and training materials.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
