Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Temenos T24 to support a version upgrade project from the user/business side. The candidate will play a key role in analyzing current business operations, defining future-state processes, and ensuring smooth execution of user-related activities including UAT, migration, BCP, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform As-Is and To-Be analysis of existing business operation processes.
- Gather, analyze, and define detailed Business Requirements.
- Prepare BRD/FRD and related functional documentation.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors during the T24 version upgrade.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities:
- Test case preparation
- Test execution
- Defect tracking and resolution support
- Assist in data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Ensure business requirements are correctly implemented in the T24 system.
- Provide post-implementation support to business users.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 is Must
- Strong understanding of:
- Loan operations
- Fund Transfer processes
- Experience in:
- As-Is & To-Be process analysis
- Business requirement definition and documentation
- UAT coordination and execution
- Migration support and validation
- BCP activities
- End-user training
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking domain projects.
- Exposure to core banking upgrade or implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
