Salary : RM 9,000
Experience : 6+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience
Contract Duration :12 Months
Mandatory Skills : Agile, Scrum, Stakeholder Management
Job Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and workshops to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Prepare process flows, diagrams, and requirement documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and QA teams.
- Support data analysis, BI solutions, and QA activities.
Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent requirement gathering and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI and self-service BI tools.
- Experience in Data & AI projects.
- Azure knowledge is an added advantage.
