To function as business application support expert and systems integrator towards collective success in execution of Information Technology organization's strategies and goals.
Provide continuous internal customers support and interactions, analysis and programming, trouble-shooting, problem resolutions, and prompt response to queries related to ERP system and other business applications.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to all systems including ERP's internal customers and business, working closely across departmental boundary and jointly drive business requirements until completion.
Work hand in hand with teams to achieve a synergy in ensuring and keeping systems up and running 24X7. Oversee to ensure timely response and resolution to business applications on issues forwarded by internal customers.
Ensure user problems are resolve by conducting problem analysis, recommending appropriate solution and providing on-going application and system support.
Understand user requirements and needs to translate into appropriate technical solutions including systems integration, interfacing, application performance, scalability, reliability and security.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalents.
Minimum 2 years and above experience in Web Application Solutions Development and Support
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and/or VBscript, JSP and/or ASP servlet.
Proficiency in C# / Java / Visual Basic.Net is an advantage.
Database knowledge in MS SQL
Web Server knowledge in IIS & Apache Tomcat
Knowledge of Workflow web programming and J2EE architecture will be an advantage.

Excellent analysis, solution design and analytical problem solving skills with minimum supervision.
