Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable application solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery roadmaps.
Drive technical discussions and provide thought leadership on application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively identify risks, and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Oversee end-to-end application delivery, ensuring quality, performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
Lead, mentor, and guide development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Facilitate collaboration across teams, resolving technical and delivery challenges while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, agile methodologies, and automation to improve development efficiency and delivery outcomes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance business value through innovation.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in application development, with demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, with hands-on development experience.
Experience working with ReactJS.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, application development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration patterns.
Proven experience managing and influencing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Experience leading technical design discussions, solution reviews, and development governance activities.
Experience mentoring developers and driving capability development within teams.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading cross-functional teams.
