ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEX in 2007 (Stock code: 2020.HK). For many years, ANTA Sports has been principally engaging in the design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including shoes, apparel and accessories to Chinese consumers. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE and KOLON SPORT, and by setting up an investor consortium to successfully acquire Amer Sports in 2019, a global sportswear group that has internationally recognized brands including Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, Atomic, etc. ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage priorities and support critical initiatives for the Group President, who's the top leader of Anta Southeast Asia.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of internal and external data to generate insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making.
- Take ownership of recurring business reports and executive presentations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
- Perform data deep dives into sales performance, market trends, brand positioning, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Assist the Group President in developing business plans & KPIs for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and future markets.
- Lead ad-hoc business analyses and projects that drive product, channel, and country-level strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or related disciplines; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a related strategic function.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Solid business acumen, preferably from the retail, apparel, or sports industries.
- Highly motivated, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing, dynamic business environment.
- Native level in Mandarin language and high proficiency in English language in order to liaise effectively with stakeholders in China and across Southeast Asia.
- Passion about sports is a must.
