Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To promote Bancassurance products within Business Banking departments and branches by managing various training support, marketing campaigns and other ad hoc matter
  • To assist Business Banking business units to achieve Bancassurance budget (analyst business performance/ data).
  • To arrange internal training to Business Centre Managers/Team Leaders and Relationship Managers within Business Banking division.
  • Joint visitation to sales team/ Business Center.
  • Following up after sales issues & attend enquiries promptly to minimize customer's complaints related to Banca Business.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years working experience in insurance/ finance/ banking or sales industry.
  • Candidate with Business Loan experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good organizational ability and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Fast responsive & able to provide fresh idea
