Degree/Diploma in business administration/marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in the similar capacity or position.
Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Researching and analyzing market trends, identifying target markets and come up with marketing strategies.
Planning and executing all promotions and recruitment activities.
To implement events and promotions that help to generate awareness among students and licensees.
To understand the licensee structure and prepare groundwork in promoting and recruiting potential licensees.
Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation/overseas.
