Job Description

Position Objective

To support the Institutional, Corporate, and High Net Worth Individual (ICH) business through business reporting, analytics, and project support, enabling timely insights, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making using data analysis tools and governed data platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Reporting

  • Own and enhance core ICH dashboards covering AUM, net flows, revenue, client metrics, and productivity.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, consistent metrics aligned to a single source of truth.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce reliance on manual Excel-based reporting.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of management reports.

2. Analysis & Management Insights

  • Provide recurring and ad-hoc analysis on client trends, net flows, concentration risks, and revenue drivers.
  • Prepare concise management commentaries highlighting key drivers, issues, and recommended actions.
  • Support departmental reviews, planning exercises, and performance discussions.

3. Project & Stakeholder Support

  • Lead reporting and analytics-related initiatives within the department.
  • Gather requirements and coordinate with Data, Operations, and IT teams to deliver solutions.
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.

4. Client Advisor Support

  • Support client advisors in generating, customizing, and validating client-specific investment reports.
  • Extract data from governed sources to build personalized performance summaries, portfolio analytics, and exposure breakdowns.
  • Ensure reports meet agreed quality, accuracy, and branding standards prior to client distribution.

5. Governance & Quality Control

  • Validate data outputs before management or client distribution.
  • Maintain data definitions, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and support resolution of data quality or process gaps.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in business reporting, analytics, or management information roles within the financial or asset management industry.
  • Good working knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma) and strong Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with AUM, net flows, revenue, or client-related metrics is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with data.
  • Positive learning attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
