Job Description
We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (Power & Energy Solutions)
Are you a proven sales hunter with a strong track record in MV/LV Switchgears, Transformers, Power Distribution Systems, or Substation EPC Projects
We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead business growth, develop new accounts, manage tender submissions, and build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, and enterprise clients.
Direct B2B Sales & Business Development
Tender & Bid Management Experience
Expertise in Electrical Distribution & Power Infrastructure Projects
Strong Commercial Acumen & Pipeline Development Skills
Preferred backgrounds: Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Eaton, Hitachi Energy, Hyundai Electric, Fuji Electric, Tamco Switchgear, Powerwell, Pestech, and similar industry leaders.
English is essential. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Special consideration will be given to Bumiputera candidates from Sabah or Sarawak with established networks in SESB, Sarawak Energy, and utility-related projects.
