Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SEA market, Recruitment or agency experience.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
