What you'll do:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client information and transactions, monitoring accounts, payments, and orders to ensure accuracy and resolve any concerns or complaints efficiently.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, keeping clients informed about product updates, promotions, and other relevant information that may impact their experience.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and analyse data regularly to identify new opportunities for growth as well as areas for improvement within existing accounts.
  • Take responsibility for achieving assigned sales quotas by focusing on expanding relationships with current clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate competitors and changing market conditions, providing valuable insights to senior colleagues for strategic planning.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager on all account activity through status updates and weekly call reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with broader business objectives.
