Job Description

1. Business Development

  • Assist the Business Development & Sale (BDS) in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support identification of new business opportunities across key markets and sectors.
  • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and tracking of prospective clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through follow-ups and personalized engagement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership and board-level discussions.

2. Sales Support and Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align offers with market demand and customer feedback.
  • Track sales metrics, follow up on opportunities, and maintain updates in CRM systems.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and client outreach efforts.
  • Provide administrative support for deal documentation, contracts, and reporting.

3. Marketing Collaboration & Customer Experience

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas in products and services.
  • Monitor and document customer journey interactions and flag service bottlenecks or issues.
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and email marketing.
  • Leverage customer data to assist in tailoring content and sales pitches to market segments.
  • Help monitor marketing performance and report on lead conversion effectiveness.

4. Collaboration and reporting

  • Report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with regular updates on pipeline progress, client insights, and campaign alignment.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure unified business efforts.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries, including client feedback and key wins.

5. Events, Exhibitions & Roadshows

  • Coordinate integrated marketing events/ roadshows across pillars for the Group
  • Work closely with creative and media agencies to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
