What You'll Do

We want a true hunter - someone who thrives on chasing opportunities and closing deals. As our Malaysia-based Business Development & Partnership Specialist (based in Malaysia), you will:

• Own revenue growth in key business segments by acquiring and engaging new clients.

• Lead pre-sales conversations, design client solutions, and support project execution.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, tracking prospecting efforts and generating meetings.

• Deliver compelling presentations and winning proposals that close deals.

• Identify new workflows and partnership opportunities to expand Brdgx's reach.

Qualifications & Experience:

•  Diploma holder or above

•  Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.

•  Strong track record of achieving growth targets in fintech or payment business.

•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•  High energy, self-motivated, and disciplined with strong business acumen.

•  Entrepreneurial mindset: able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industry-specific workflows (eg: logistics and trade workflow, travel operations, payment gateways, etc) is a strong advantage.
