About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Executive with strong HR Business Partnering exposure to support Manpower Planning, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations initiatives. This role works closely with Department Heads to align people strategies with business objectives.
What You Will Do
HR Business Partnering & Manpower Planning
- Partner with HODs on workforce and capacity planning
- Manage headcount control framework & approval workflows
- Oversee rolling 12-month hiring forecast
- Drive talent retention initiatives
Learning & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Develop and execute annual training plans
- Manage internal & external training programs
- Facilitate onboarding / in-house sessions
- Monitor training effectiveness & reporting
- Manage HRD Corp claims (advantage)
- Support succession planning initiatives
Employee Relations
- Handle disciplinary and case management matters
- Manage grievance & conflict resolution
- Ensure policy compliance and governance
- Support risk mitigation & culture initiatives
What You Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Manpower Planning, Learning & Development & Employee Relations
- Experience in data analysis and HR reporting.
- Extroverted , confident in stakeholder engagement and people friendly personality is a must
