Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Executive with strong HR Business Partnering exposure to support Manpower Planning, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations initiatives. This role works closely with Department Heads to align people strategies with business objectives.

What You Will Do

HR Business Partnering & Manpower Planning

  • Partner with HODs on workforce and capacity planning
  • Manage headcount control framework & approval workflows
  • Oversee rolling 12-month hiring forecast
  • Drive talent retention initiatives

Learning & Development

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Develop and execute annual training plans
  • Manage internal & external training programs
  • Facilitate onboarding / in-house sessions
  • Monitor training effectiveness & reporting
  • Manage HRD Corp claims (advantage)
  • Support succession planning initiatives

Employee Relations

  • Handle disciplinary and case management matters
  • Manage grievance & conflict resolution
  • Ensure policy compliance and governance
  • Support risk mitigation & culture initiatives

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Manpower Planning, Learning & Development & Employee Relations
  • Experience in data analysis and HR reporting.
  • Extroverted , confident in stakeholder engagement and people friendly personality is a must
