Overseas Business BD (Asia-Pacific Region · Energy Storage)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and expansion of channels and agents for new energy energy storage and microgrid control systems in the Asia-Pacific region (Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.), build regional customer networks, and achieve sales targets.

2. Lead the entire bidding process for new energy energy storage and microgrid projects in the region, including bid document interpretation, bidding proposal formulation, overall coordination of the compilation of the commercial part of bidding documents, and coordinate with the project department to complete the preparation of bidding materials.

3. Maintain relationships with key customers in the region, follow up the full project cycle, promptly resolve issues in business negotiations, and ensure the landing of cooperation.

4. Proactively participate in and lead the company's participation in various industry exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region.

5. Conduct research on the market dynamics, policies and competitor information in the Asia-Pacific region, output market analysis reports, and provide a basis for the company's strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, technical background in electrical engineering and automation is preferred.

2. At least 3 years of business development experience, **especially those familiar with the Asia-Pacific regional market**; candidates with business development experience in the Asia-Pacific region or engaged in the power industry such as new energy photovoltaic, energy storage and microgrid are preferred.

3. Possess the ability to independently lead bidding projects, and can coordinate internal and external resources to complete bidding work.

4. Have excellent business negotiation and communication skills, and be able to adapt to short-term overseas stationed work and high-frequency business trips.

5. Have good communication skills in English、Chinese or local languages, understand business logic and cooperation methods under a multicultural background, and be able to collaborate efficiently in international teams and dock with customers.
