Sigmaschool is building the alternative path to tech careers in Asia. We focus on practical, job-ready skills with strong outcomes, working closely with students, industry partners, and employers.

We are looking for an Admissions & Partnerships Executive to drive student enrollments and build distribution channels through schools, communities, and partners.

Role Overview

You will own the pipeline from lead generation to student enrollment, while developing partnerships that consistently bring in qualified applicants. This role combines admissions, sales, and business development. You will work both on-the-ground and online to grow our student base.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enrollment

• Manage the full admissions funnel: Lead → Application → Interview → Enrollment

• Conduct consultation calls with prospective students

• Follow up with applicants and guide them through the decision process

• Track engagement signals (email opens, event attendance, inquiries)

• Prioritize and convert high-intent leads

Partnerships & Outreach

• Build relationships with: High schools and colleges, Education consultants, NGOs and community organizations

• Coordinate and conduct school visits, talks, and presentations

• Develop referral and partnership programs that drive enrollments

Events & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute: Info sessions (online and offline), Workshops and student talks, Campus or office tours

• Represent Sigmaschool at career fairs and education events

Campaigns & CRM Management

• Execute outreach campaigns: Email, WhatsApp, and call follow-ups

• Maintain and update CRM (lead tracking, segmentation, pipeline)

• Identify warm vs. inactive leads and optimize follow-ups

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in: Admissions, education consulting, or student recruitment

• B2C sales or business development

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable speaking to students, parents, and partners

• Organized and able to manage a structured pipeline

• Willing to travel for school visits and events
