Job Description:

The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be a critical, hands-on execution role responsible for the initial stage of the sales pipeline. This role focuses heavily on qualifying leads, prospecting and setting high-quality appointments for the Sales Team. The BDA will primarily execute outbound campaigns follow-ups and manage the conversion of marketing leads for Cloud Ace's suite of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Pipeline Generation & Execution

  • Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Rigorously qualify inbound and outbound leads against Cloud Ace's ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • High-Volume Prospecting: Proactively execute daily high-volume, multi-channel outreach activities, including personalized email sequences and LinkedIn engagement, to identify new prospects and target decision-makers within mid-to-large enterprises.
  • The core KPI is the scheduling and successful handover of qualified discovery meetings to the Sales team.
  • Marketing Lead Management: Own the timely and strategic follow-up for all leads generated through Cloud Ace :
  1. Event Follow-up: Rapidly engage and qualify leads generated from webinars, trade shows, and other Cloud Ace events.
  2. EDM/Content Funnel Nurturing: Follow up on prospects showing engagement with Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns and downloadable content, transforming passive interest into active sales opportunities.
  • CRM Data Integrity: Accurately log all sales activities, prospect interactions, and key qualifying data to ensure precise pipeline tracking and reporting.

Sales Support & Collaboration

  • Sales Enablement: Work directly with sales managers to research target accounts, gather competitive intelligence, and prepare briefing materials for initial client meetings.
  • Messaging Refinement: Execute predefined sales scripts and messaging. Provide direct, tactical feedback to the Marketing team based on prospect responses to continuously refine outreach materials.
  • Account-Based Outreach Support: Assist in the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies by preparing targeted lists and supporting specialized direct mail or digital campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Doc).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
