We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily focus on Client and Stakeholder Management, ensuring our partners and clients are successfully supported. In addition, you will be part of driving the marketing initiatives of Pantas. You will work alongside an innovative, mission-driven team to help shape the future of the climate tech industry.

What You'll Do:
- Client Management & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end client onboarding process and serve as a junior point of contact to build strong relationships and ensure seamless implementation.
- Client Success & Training: Proactively monitor client health, develop support materials, and deliver training sessions or workshops to empower clients to use the platform effectively.
- Flexible Project Support: Adapt to shifting priorities by being ready to pivot from client work to other urgent business projects, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional support as required.
- Business Development & Research: Support growth efforts (capacity dependent) by identifying new opportunities and researching market trends, competitors, and industry needs.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns and help create content, including newsletters on sustainability topics.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing events and conferences.This includes logistics, communication, and ensuring a seamless experience for event participants.

Additional Points We Would Love to See:
- Previous internship experience, especially in business development or sustainability.
- Additional courses or certifications in business, sustainability, or related fields.
- Leadership experience, such as in co-curricular activities or volunteer roles.
- Any prior knowledge or interest in carbon emissions or the climate tech industry.
