Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments.
  • Present, promote, and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, or networking sessions to generate leads and build brand presence.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the market to support continuous product and service improvement.

Requirements

  • One year experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to different products, services, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
