Business Development Manager
For a dynamic role in business development, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client's team in the Training and Consultantcy focus industry. This position involves selling training products and services to clients in Malaysia and Brunei. The successful candidate will identify and cultivate sales opportunities, build a comprehensive understanding of client training needs, and effectively position products and services to meet these needs. The role requires interaction with clients to assess their human capital development needs and match them with appropriate solutions. What you will Do
- Source new business leads and establish strong relationships with new client prospects
- Present and sell training solutions on personal effectiveness and organizational leadership
- Interact with clients to assess their human capital development needs and offer solutions
- Schedule appointments with prospects through calls and face-to-face meetings
- Support client organizations through the HRDF process to claim training expenses
Your Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in consultative sales with a strong career interest in sales
- Bachelor's Degree in any field is required for this position
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, is essential
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
- Strong personal discipline and willingness to work hard are necessary
- Must possess own car and be willing to travel outstation for business purposes
