What you'll do:

- Build strong partnerships by understanding workforce needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets while representing our brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- 23 years of proven experience in business development or client management within recruitment services.
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Knowledge of blue collar workforce dynamics is a plus.
- Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
