About the role Business Development Executive (Appointment Setter)

As a Business Development personnel, you will support the company's sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to assigned warm leads and schedule appointments.
  • Engage prospects in professional and natural conversations to assess interest and qualify leads.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers to arrange follow-up calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM or tracking system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous.
  • Ability to actively listen and handle objections.
  • Experience in a position where meeting KPI's.
  • Able to accept constructive opinion and continually improve calling techniques.
