About the role Business Development Executive (Appointment Setter)
As a Business Development personnel, you will support the company's sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to assigned warm leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage prospects in professional and natural conversations to assess interest and qualify leads.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers to arrange follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM or tracking system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation or customer service is preferred.
- Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous.
- Ability to actively listen and handle objections.
- Experience in a position where meeting KPI's.
- Able to accept constructive opinion and continually improve calling techniques.
