At EasyParcel, we're growing our sales team and looking for passionate individuals who enjoy connecting with businesses, developing relationships and turning opportunities into results.

You'll play an important role in helping businesses simplify their delivery operations through EasyParcel's logistics solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with potential business customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Understand business needs and recommend suitable delivery solutions.
• Develop and manage customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active customers.
• Build and maintain your sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Contribute to sales targets and business growth.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Comfortable engaging with business customers

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin communication skills are an advantage

Sales, business development or customer service experience is an added advantage

Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome!
