We're looking for a motivated and results-driven *Business Development Executive* to help expand our business opportunities and build strong client relationships. If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business success, we'd love to have you on our team.

Your Role:

Lead Generation & Market Development

* Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients

* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

* Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services

* Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Sales Support & Deal Execution

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients

* Assist in negotiating business terms and closing deals

* Support the achievement of company sales targets and growth objectives

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

* Track and report sales activities, leads, and opportunities

* Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal tracking systems

* Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and performance

Collaboration & Coordination

* Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams

* Support business campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives

* Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions for new growth ideas

Qualifications:

* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

* 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently

* Good organizational and relationship-building skills
